Castle Farm Road is a design and marketing studio run by Carrie Fleishman, a sole proprietor, at 204 Eagleston Lane, Sarasota, Florida 34240. This page explains what we collect when you visit castlefarmroad.com or work with us, and what we do with it. If you have a question, write to hello@castlefarmroad.com.

What you tell us

When you fill in our contact form, we receive your name, email, your business name and website, what you make or sell, who buys from you, what you're working on, your timing, and anything else you choose to tell us. Our project brief forms ask for similar details about a specific job, and they let you send us files, such as your logo, photos or product lists.

We use this to reply to you, to plan and price your project, and to do the work. We don't sell it, rent it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

What the site collects on its own

• Security. Our site is protected by Cloudflare, which may set a short-lived cookie to tell people from automated traffic.
• Fonts. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
• Where visits come from. Our store software (WooCommerce) sets cookies that note how you arrived, for example from a search or a link.

We don't use advertising trackers, social media pixels or session recording.

Who helps us run things

A few services handle information for us, only to do their job: Kinsta, which hosts the site; Cloudflare, which protects it; Google Workspace, for our email; and Gravity Forms, the form software on our site, which keeps form entries on our hosting. When we start sending email from the site through Brevo, and taking card payments through Stripe, we'll add them here. Stripe handles card details directly, so we never see or store them.

How long we keep it

We keep project details and files for as long as we're working together, and then for three years so we can help with reorders and questions. Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, unless we need to keep a record for taxes or a payment.

Emails from us

If you get in touch, we'll reply by email. We'll only add you to any newsletter if you ask to join, and every newsletter has a way to stop it.

Children

Our site and services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices

Write to hello@castlefarmroad.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
